Happiness (Op. 24 No. 16) - Concone

CA$2.50

This fanciful study is excellent in developing a light touch in the quick drop and upward release movement of the wrist for each two-note group. Play the first note of the group with the finger, using arm weight supported by the fingertip then, play the second note with a gentle roll of the wrist up and slightly to the right. The up-and-off motion of the wrist will produce the light release desires for the two-note groups. An alternative fingering of 3-2 may be used for all descending two-note slurs.

Pages: 2
Tempo: ♩ = 76-92
Grade: Grade 6
Composer: J. Concone
