Hoppy (Op. 823 No. 8) - Czerny

The opening motive consists of a short legato phrase alternating with a staccato touch for the quarter notes. Release each phrase gently so as not to accentuate beat two. Keep the left hand whole note chords fairly soft in order to allow the playful melody of the right hand to be heard.
