Study in B Flat Major (Op. 126 No. 6) - Kalkbrenner

CA$3.00

This valuable study features a staccato touch for both hands involving repeated chords for various harmonic intervals. The intervals (3rds, 4ths, 5ths, and 6ths), may be played with a gentle swinging-wrist motion (i.e. the motion used when waving “good-bye”). Clear articulation of the top note is important. Also note the fingering that enable the rapid change of chordal passages. A challenging but most beneficial study.

Pages: 2
Tempo: ♩ = 108-120
Grade: Grade 9
Composer: Friedrich Kalkbrenner
Edition: 2022
