Running Up Stairs (Op. 139 No. 58) - Czerny

CA$2.50

A challenging study for the right hand involving rapid repeated notes requiring a flexible wrist and hand while keeping fingers clearly articulating. Preparatory practice of the C scale, G scale and D scale for one octave, repeating each note four times, will provide an excellent foundation to proceed with this study. Play each repeated note by drawing the fingertip towards you with a quick scratching or wiping-the-key motion.

Pages: 1
Tempo: ♩ = 100-120
Grade: Grade 5
Composer: Carl Czerny
Edition: 2022
